Using Notifications

View, manage, and clear your in-app notifications.

Last updated: Jul 2, 2026

The Notifications page shows system-wide in-app notifications for your account. These are alerts generated by activity in the platform relevant to you — such as updates to requests you submitted or actions that require your attention.

Navigating to Notifications

Click the bell icon or the Notifications link in the top navigation bar. This opens the Notifications page, which lists all notifications for your account in reverse chronological order.

Reading notifications

Each notification shows a summary of the event and when it occurred. Unread notifications are visually distinguished from read ones.

Click a notification to view its full content. Notifications that link to a specific request or record will take you directly to that item.

Marking all notifications as read

Click Mark All As Read in the command bar. All unread notifications are marked as read in a single action. The button is disabled if there are no unread notifications.

Removing all notifications

Click Remove All in the command bar to permanently delete all notifications. A confirmation prompt appears before the deletion proceeds.

Removing notifications is permanent. This action cannot be undone and all notification records are deleted. Export or note any important notification details before clearing.

The Remove All button is disabled if there are no notifications to remove.

Notification count badge

The bell icon in the top navigation bar shows a badge with the count of unread notifications. The badge disappears once all notifications are marked as read or removed.
