DiscountFlow Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of DiscountFlow (the "Service"), operated by RankRealm SEO LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("DiscountFlow," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

DiscountFlow is a software-as-a-service platform that streamlines sales discount approval workflows, allowing sales teams to request and managers to approve discount requests within a defined workflow.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information (name, work email, company name) and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing and billing cycles are as described at checkout.
  • All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms as well as ours.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated at time of purchase.
  • We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

4. Customer Content

  • "Customer Content" means the product information, sales data, discount details, and related information you or your team input into the Service.
  • You retain all ownership rights to your Customer Content.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any Customer Content you input, including any third-party data it may contain.
  • We act as a data processor with respect to Customer Content; you remain responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws regarding data you input.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying infrastructure - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service - Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service - Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), DigitalOcean (hosting and AI inference), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (analytics). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

7. AI / Automated Features

The Service may use AI-based inference to power automation features (e.g., recommendations related to your Customer Content). These features are provided as an aid to your workflow and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any outputs before relying on them.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by RankRealm SEO LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Upon cancellation of your subscription, your account data and Customer Content will be automatically deleted within 30 days.
  • Full account deletion requests (including prior to the 30-day auto-deletion window) can be made by contacting info@discountflow.io and are currently processed manually.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCOUNTFLOW AND RANKREALM SEO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankRealm SEO LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practicable).
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will survive.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
