Resetting Your Password
Request a password reset link
If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t sign in, you can reset it from the login page. The reset process sends a link to your account email address that lets you set a new password.
Requesting a Password Reset
- Go to the DiscountFlow login page.
- Click Forgot password? below the sign-in form.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send Reset Link.
An email is sent to that address with a password reset link. If no account exists for the email you entered, no email is sent — this is intentional to avoid confirming whether an address is registered.
Setting a New Password
- Open the password reset email and click the Reset Password link.
- Enter your new password.
- Enter it again to confirm.
- Click Save New Password.
You are signed in automatically after saving. The reset link expires after 1 hour — if it has expired, return to the login page and request a new one.
Password Requirements
Passwords must be at least 8 characters. Using a longer passphrase or a password generated by a password manager is strongly recommended over a short password that meets only the minimum.
If You Don’t Receive the Email
- Check your spam or junk folder — reset emails occasionally land there
- Confirm you entered the correct email address — the one you used when signing up or that an administrator used when inviting you
- Wait a minute or two; email delivery can occasionally be delayed
If none of those apply, contact your organization’s Administrator to confirm the email address on your account.
Resetting a Password When SSO Is Enabled
If your organization has enforced Google SSO, you cannot set or use a DiscountFlow password while SSO is active. The Forgot password? link is hidden in this state. Sign in using Continue with Google instead. If you’re locked out of your Google account, resolve that through Google’s account recovery process.
