My Account Overview
Manage your personal account details, password, and sign-out from My Account.

My Account is your personal profile page. It is separate from the organization Settings page — changes here only affect your own account, not other members or organization-wide configuration.
Getting to My Account
Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of any page, then select My Account. You can also navigate directly to it from the user menu.
What My Account contains
The page has two sections:
| Section | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Profile Information | Update your name, email address, and timezone. If you have an approval level assigned, it is displayed here as read-only. |
| Update Password | Change your current password by entering your existing password and a new one. |
Command bar actions
The command bar at the top of the page has three buttons:
- Update Details — saves changes from both the Profile Information and Update Password sections
- Sign out — signs you out of DiscountFlow immediately
- Back to my account — visible only when you are being impersonated by a platform administrator; clicking it ends the impersonation session and returns to the admin account
What My Account does not cover
My Account only manages your personal profile. For organization-level configuration — team members, branding, subscription, approval levels — see Settings.
