Products Overview
Get familiar with the product list and what you can do with it.
The Manage Products page is where your organization's price list lives. Every product that can appear on a discount request must exist here first. You can add products individually, import them in bulk from a CSV file, and manage their details over time.
Navigating to Manage Products
Click Manage Products in the left sidebar. The page is available to users with product access permissions.
The product list
Products are displayed in a paginated table, sorted by Part Number by default. Each row represents one product entry.
Columns
| Column | Description |

| Part Number | The unique identifier for the product |
| Model | The product category the product belongs to |
| List Price | The base price from the product's assigned category |
| MSRP | Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price |
| MOQ | Minimum Order Quantity |
| Tariff Surcharge | An additional percentage surcharge, if set |
| Actions | Edit or delete the product |
Filtering and sorting
Each column header can be clicked to sort the list. The Part Number, Model, List Price, and MSRP columns also support inline text filtering — type into the filter field below the column header to narrow results.
Soft-deleted products
Deleted products are not removed from the list immediately. They appear greyed out and show a Restore button instead of the standard actions menu. This lets you recover a product that was deleted by mistake.
Available actions
From the product list you can:
- Add a new product
- Edit an existing product
- Delete a product (soft delete)
- Restore a soft-deleted product
- Permanently delete a soft-deleted product
- Import products from a CSV file
- Export the full product list to CSV
