Approved Sales by Sales Person

See which team members are driving the most approved sales.

The Approved Sales by Sales Person chart is a bar chart in the Company Analytics view. It shows the total value of approved requests broken down by the individual team member who submitted them.

Where to find it

This chart appears in the Company Analytics view on the Dashboard, below the metric cards and to the right of the Sales per Day chart. It is only visible to organization owners and users with company analytics access.

What it shows

Each bar represents one team member. The height of the bar corresponds to the total approved sale value that member generated within the selected date range.

Only requests with a status of Approved are included. Pending and denied requests do not count toward the totals.

How to use it

Identify top performers — the tallest bars represent the members with the highest approved sales volume in the period.

Compare activity across the team — members with no bar or a very short bar either had no approved requests in the period or submitted no requests at all.

Spot imbalances — a large gap between the highest and lowest bars may indicate uneven workload distribution or differing approval rates across the team.

Date range interaction

Like all Dashboard data, this chart reflects the currently selected date range. Narrowing or widening the range will update the bars accordingly.
