Understanding Your Personal Analytics

Understanding Your Personal Analytics

Learn what each metric in My Analytics represents.

Last updated: Jun 16, 2026

My Analytics shows your personal activity within the selected date range. These numbers reflect only requests you have submitted — not your team’s or organization’s.

Accessing My Analytics

If you have access to both views, use the toggle in the top navigation bar to switch to My Analytics. If you only have access to personal analytics, this view is shown by default.

Metric cards

Active

The number of your requests that are currently in progress — not yet approved or denied. This includes drafts and requests that are submitted and waiting for review.

Pending

The number of your requests that have been submitted and are currently awaiting a reviewer’s decision.

Denied

The number of your requests that were denied within the selected date range.

Approved

The number of your requests that were approved within the selected date range.

Average Sale

The average approved sale amount across your requests in the date range, shown in your organization’s currency. This is calculated from the approved prices on your approved requests.

Average Discount

The average discount percentage across your approved requests in the date range. This gives you a sense of how much below list price your approvals are typically landing.

Chart

Below the metric cards, a Sales per Day line chart shows your request activity broken down by day across the selected period. The chart plots three lines:

  • Approved — requests that were approved on each day
  • Pending — requests that were submitted and awaiting review on each day
  • Denied — requests that were denied on each day

Use this chart to spot patterns in your submission and approval activity over time.
