Average Sale by Region

Average Sale by Region

Understand average approved sale amounts broken down by region.

Last updated: Jun 16, 2026

The Average Sale by Region table appears in the Company Analytics view on the Dashboard. It breaks down approved request performance by geographic region.

Where to find it

Scroll to the bottom of the Company Analytics view. The table appears below the charts and is labeled Average sale by region. It is only visible to users with extended analytics access.

What the table shows

The table has three columns:

ColumnDescription

Region

The geographic region assigned to the request

Avg Sale

The average approved sale amount across all approved requests in that region, formatted in your organization’s currency

Requests

The total number of approved requests from that region in the selected date range

Only approved requests are included. Pending, denied, and active requests are not counted.

How regions are assigned

Regions are set on individual discount requests when they are created or edited. The region field on a request determines which row it contributes to in this table.

How to use it

Compare performance across regions — a higher average sale in one region relative to another can indicate stronger pricing power or deal size differences by market.

Identify low-volume regions — a region with a low request count may indicate underutilization or a market that needs more attention.

Combine with date range filtering — narrow the date range to a specific quarter or month to see regional performance for that period specifically.
