Reading the Sales Per Day Chart

Reading the Sales Per Day Chart

Understand what the Sales per Day line chart is showing you.

Last updated: Jun 16, 2026

The Sales per Day chart appears on the Dashboard in both the My Analytics and Company Analytics views. It visualizes request activity over time, broken down by outcome status.

What the chart shows

The chart plots three lines across the selected date range:

LineWhat it represents

Approved

Requests that were approved on each day

Pending

Requests that were submitted and awaiting a decision on each day

Denied

Requests that were denied on each day

The horizontal axis is the date. The vertical axis is the count of requests.

My Analytics vs Company Analytics

The chart behaves the same in both views, but the data scope is different:

  • In My Analytics, the chart shows only your own requests.
  • In Company Analytics, the chart shows all requests across the organization.

How to use it

Spot trends over time — a rising Approved line over consecutive days may indicate a period of high sales activity. A spike in Denied can prompt a review of pricing strategy.

Compare outcomes — the gap between Approved and Denied lines shows how requests are being resolved. A large Denied line relative to Approved may signal that requested prices are too aggressive.

Identify quiet periods — flat lines across all three statuses indicate low submission activity during that window.

Date range interaction

The chart always reflects the current date range selection. Changing the date range picker at the top of the Dashboard updates the chart immediately.
