Company Analytics shows organization-wide request activity within the selected date range. Instead of your own numbers, you see aggregated data across every member of your organization.

Who can access Company Analytics

Company Analytics is available to:

• Organization owners — always have access
• Users with the company analytics permission — granted by an admin in Settings

If you only have access to personal analytics, the My Analytics view is shown and no toggle appears.

Accessing Company Analytics

If you have access to both views, use the toggle in the top navigation bar and select Company Analytics.

Metric cards

The same six metric cards from My Analytics appear here, but scoped to the entire organization:

Charts and tables

Below the metric cards, Company Analytics includes additional visualizations not available in the personal view:

• Sales per Day — organization-wide line chart showing approved, pending, and denied requests by day
• Approved Sales by Sales Person — bar chart breaking down approved sales by the individual who submitted the request
• Average Sale by Region — table showing average approved sale amount and request count per region
• Products Approved count — total number of distinct products that appear on approved requests (requires extended analytics access)
