Exporting a Request

Exporting a Request

Download a request as a CSV or PDF file.

Last updated: Jul 2, 2026

Individual approval requests can be exported to CSV or PDF directly from the request details view. This is useful for sharing approved pricing with customers, filing records, or importing data into other systems.

Where to export from

Export options are available on the request details view — the read-only view that opens when you click a request in any list page (Active, Approved, Denied, or Archived).

Export to CSV

Click the Export CSV button on the request details view. A CSV file downloads immediately containing the request header information and all product lines with their requested and approved prices.

Export to PDF

Click the Export PDF button on the request details view. A PDF file downloads containing a formatted version of the request, suitable for sharing with customers or for internal filing.

What the export includes

Both export formats include:

  • Request header: project name, customer name, end customer name, sales contact, sales region, request type, dates
  • Product lines: part number, model/category, list price, requested price, discount percentage
  • Request status and review information

Exporting from list pages

You can also export requests directly from any request list page without opening the details view:

  1. Click the three-dot actions menu (⋮) in the request's row.
  2. Select Export to CSV or Export to PDF.
